The ideal candidate will work directly with our sales and design team to organize the necessary pieces to ensure project success from design to construction. They will be involved in the entire project life cycle with a key focus on providing an exceptional experience for both team members and clients. 

 Responsibilities

  • Work with team to develop, drive, and implement project goals

  • Attend meetings with clients, designers, architects, structural engineers, etc.

  • Participate in design process including taking as built measurements, creating layouts & making selections.

  • Communicate professionally with clients, staff, subcontractors, and suppliers via email, phone, in-person and all other forms of communication.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and attention to detail

  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task

  • Design experience is a plus

  • Revit experience is a plus

Lead Carpenter

The Lead Carpenter will also be responsible for:

- Onsite management of assigned construction jobs
- Seeing projects through to completion while maintaining excellent relationships with clients and their surrounding neighbors
- Rough and finish carpentry work
- Maintaining necessary paperwork
- Supervising subs and ensuring everyone on the team maintains the vision and values of Benson Homes

Successful candidates should have 5-10 years of carpentry experience and 2-3 years supervision experience. Candidates must have their own tools and transportation to be eligible for consideration.
