One of our latest projects features the home of a lovely couple who were making the move from Green Bay, Wisconsin to do just that.
Our clients purchased a modern craftsman-style home on Lake Joyce and asked us to help them remodel it for their retirement. They loved the home, but wanted a more functional floor plan that would work with their new lifestyle.
As an added bonus, they wanted to expand the waterfront property’s view of the lake and create opportunities for more natural light; without compromising their home’s privacy.
Our design team took the “Master Plan” approach to this remodel, which explores how each room works and flows with the others. This creates a cohesive living experience for a home as a whole, and allows the homeowner to visualize how their home will look, feel and function once their project is complete.
